How you can help
Please help with what our Patron, Sir Michael Morpurgo, has described as our “remarkable and vital work”.
Our latest programme THE BIG THINK is for primary schools keen to promote a happy, healthy culture that fosters children's welfare and pastoral care - read more here.
The Human Values Foundation owes its existence almost entirely to the generosity of donations from its supporters. We strive to make our inspiring and life-changing primary and secondary values-themed publications available to teachers throughout the UK and overseas at prices their schools can afford.
The Foundation always has several on-going projects, including those listed below, to further our work and we need and welcome practical and financial assistance for:
If you, individually or in conjunction with an organisation with which you are connected, can help us financially, you can be sure you will be making a very valuable difference to children and adolescents and ultimately, to the world.
Join us as a Friend of the Foundation
Self-confident, happy children often develop into fulfilled adults. Our vision is for all young people to enjoy their childhood and realise their full potential.
This is a big ambition but for over two decades we have been helping to make positive, systemic improvements to the quality and effectiveness of education and with your support, we can build on the steady progress we and schools are making.
How can you further the Human Values Foundation’s work?
Many people choose to become a subscribing Friend (£20 per annum) or Life Friend (single payment of £400) of the Foundation and their contributions are invaluable. If you identify with the aims of the Human Values Foundation, perhaps as a parent, carer or member of the community, and would like to assist us but are unable to offer time to our activities, then becoming a Friend or Life Friend of the Foundation may be the answer.

Brief statement of main objectives of our Charity
* Our aim is to profoundly enrich the lives and therefore the emotional wellbeing, levels of achievement, relationships, social competencies, personal qualities and life chances of children and young people, whatever their social backgrounds.
* To this end we provide life-changing VALUES EDUCATION programmes. Their empowering, holistic approach to development has the potential not only to benefit pupils at all ages and stages in mainstream schools but also those who are in other places of learning and being assisted perhaps because they have special needs or are underachieving, disengaged from education or their communities or are at risk of or already involved in crime.
Increasingly VALUES EDUCATION is improving the quality of life, providing hope and value itself in 3 main areas:
